By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

A part of River Lot Number 3 in Section 13, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana bounded and described as follows; Commencing at the Southwest Corner of River Lot Number 3 aforesaid; thence East 214.5 feet; thence North 10.38 chains (685.08 feet) to the South line of the Blacktop public highway there existing (formerly State Highway No. 14); thence Northeasterly up and along the South line of said public highway 224 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning Southeasterly, 160 feet and to a cement post 486 feet East and 640 feet North of the Southwest Corner of River Lot Number 3 aforesaid; thence East 81.5 feet to a cement post; thence North 78 feet; thence Northwesterly 205 feet and to the South line of said Public Highway and to a point thereon 118.86 feet Northeasterly up and along the South line of said Public Highway from the point of beginning aforesaid; thence Southwesterly down and along the South line of said public highway 118.86 feet and to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
