The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are hereby notified the Defendants, Richard A. Davis and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Richard A. Davis, are being sued in the Pulaski Circuit Court, Pulaski County, State of Indiana.

The nature of the suit is a civil action wherein the plaintiff has filed a Complaint on a Promissory Note and for Mortgage Foreclosure demanding judgment against the Defendant, Richard A. Davis, on a promissory note and the foreclosure of a mortgage on property located at 2740 E. 550 S., Star City, Indiana 46985, in Pulaski County, Indiana which property is more particularly described as follows to-wit:

 Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight, Township Twenty-nine North, Range One West, Pulaski County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 8, Township and Range Aforesaid, thence North 16 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence South 16 rods and thence East 10 rods to the Place of Beginning, containing 1.00 acres more or less.

This Summons by Publication and Notice is specifically direct to the Defendants, Richard A. Davis and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Richard A. Davis, whose whereabouts are unknown. You must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 28th day of September, 2018, and in case you fail to do so, Judgment by In Rem Default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the plaintiff in the Complaint.

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising out of the transaction of occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiff’s claim, you must assert it in your written answer.
