NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR WEEKLY PICKUP OF 

GARBAGE & TRASH IN FRANCESVILLE, IN

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town of Francesville, Francesville, Indiana, in the office of the Clerk Treasurer, at the Francesville Town Hall until… 

TUESDAY SEPT. 4, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

…for the weekly pickup of garbage and trash. The bid is to be for each unit pickup of garbage and trash for a three year term.

Bids are to be by the month. Bidder is to dispose of all refuse collected into an Indiana Department of Environmental Management permitted transfer facility or land fill at bidder’s expense. Specifications and bid forms are on file at the Francesville Town Hall, 100 N Brooks Street, Francesville, IN 47946. The bidder must provide state required Workers Compensation insurance, auto and fleet insurance, and general liability insurance in an amount of not less than One Million Dollars per person per event. Financial statement, statement of experience, a proposed plan for collection, and equipment the bidder has available for performance of contract is required by I.C. 36-9-30-5.

Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms of the State Board of Accounts.

The Town Council for the Town of Francesville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
