NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of Medaryville, Pulaski County, Indiana, that the Town Council of Medaryville, at a meeting, held in the Medaryville Town Hall located at 409 E Main St, Medaryville, Indiana at 6:00 o’clock p.m. (local time) on June 21, 2023 the will consider the following additional appropriation within the budget for the current year.

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard.  The additional appropriations, as finally made, will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners.  The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
