By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
That part of the South half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 2 West in Indian Creek Township, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at survey nail w/I.D. (SN) set at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 24; thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes 04 seconds East along CR750S and the East/West Quarter Section Line 1329.79 feet to a SN set at the Point of Beginning; thence North 9 degrees 12 minutes 53 seconds East 200.68 feet to a corner post; thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes 04 seconds East 217.11 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe w/I.D, set; thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 53 seconds West 200.68 feet to a SN set on the East/West Quarter Section Line; thence North 88 degrees 35 minutes 04 seconds West along CR750S and the East/West Quarter Section Line 217.11 feet to the Point of Beginning, said described tract containing 1.00 acre more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
