NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.1, the Board of School Trustees of North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation gives notice that on June 27, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., they will meet in public session at the Administration Building, 801 Campbell Drive, North Judson, Indiana, to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed renovations and improvements at the Elementary School, the Middle School and the Jr./Sr. High School buildings (the “Project”). The purposes of the renovations are to improve student safety, roof repair, general renovations to academic and athletic facilities, and upgrades to lighting and heating/air conditioning systems. Upon conclusion of the public hearings, the Board of School Trustees will consider the adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a lease to finance the Project and to pay associated costs of the financing. You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
