The State of Indiana to the above persons named as defendants and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the court above named by the person named as plaintiff. The nature of the suit is a Complaint to Quiet Title by Adverse Possession regarding a parcel of real property situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Indiana, and described as follows: Lot Number eight (8) in Linn’s Camp, a Subdivision located in Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 2 West, and as shown on the recorded plat thereof. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose address is known:

e. Kathleen M. (Boswinkle) Kaufman, 136 Sylvan Dr., Valparaiso, IN 46385

f. Penny Sue (Boswinkle) Nelson, 5688 Kingman Ave., Portage, IN 46368

g. Freddy Boswinkle, 6517 Colorado Ave., Hammond, IN 46323

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this law suit. If you have a claim for relief against this plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the complaint in writing by you or your attorney on or on or before thirty [30] days after the last notice of the action is published, and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
