By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Part of Lot Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) and a part of Lot Numbered “F” as shown upon the recorded plat of McClelland’s Addition to the Town of Winamac, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Lot Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) One Hundred Eighty (180) Feet East of the Intersection of said North line if extended, with the East line of the Right-of-way of the P.C.C. & St L R.R. Co., thence East along said North line of the Lot Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) to the Northeast corner of said Lot Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262), thence South along the East line of Lots Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) and “F” aforesaid 105 Feet, thence West Parallel With the North lines of Lots Numbered Two Hundred Sixty-two (262) and “F” aforesaid to a point immediately South of the Place of Beginning, and thence North to the Place of Beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
