At their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018, at the Star City Community Building, 2550 E Key St. Star City, IN, the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will conduct a public hearing regarding requested special exceptions for Jim McDaniel, parcel #66-07-36-300-030.000-010 and Michael Wireman, parcel# 66-04-24-200-014.000-003. Documents pertaining to the special exceptions can be located at the Building & Zoning Department, 125 South Riverside Dr. – Suite 150, Winamac.
At their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018, at the Star City Community Building, 2550 E Key St. Star City, IN, the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission (APC) will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed text amendments to Pulaski County Ordinance 08-2016, the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), pertaining to restrictions governing special signs and wind energy convergence systems. These amendments would apply to all areas under the jurisdiction of the APC. A description of the proposed amendments can be found at http://gov.pulaskionline.org/bpz; and the Building and Zoning Department, 125 South Riverside Dr. - Suite 150, Winamac.
The APC will hear public comment during the hearing pursuant to the APC’s Rules of Procedure, and staff will receive written public comment, which will be presented to the APC at the hearing, at the office address stated above prior to the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
