NOTICE OF ESTATE

Notice is hereby given that James Vega, was, on the 24th day of February, 2017, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Nicholas Vega, deceased, who died on the 12th day of October, 2016.

All persons who have claims against the estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within five (5) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within one (1) year after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
