By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
Commencing at a Point on the West Line of Bill Street in the Town of Francesville, Pulaski County, Indiana, 129 feet and 5 inches South of the intersection of said Bill Street with the South line of Montgomery Street in said Town, thence South from said Point of beginning 29 feet 8 inches, thence West to the East right-of-way line of the Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville Railroad Company, thence North along said right-of-way line 29 feet 8 inches, thence East to the place of beginning, containing 0.06 acre, more or less. ALSO commencing at a point on the West line of Bill Street 158 feet 11 inches south of the point where said west line of Bill Street intersects the south line of Montgomery Street; thence West parallel with the South line of Montgomery Street to a point 30 feet East of the East line of the rightof- way of the Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville Railroad; thence in a southerly direction 83 feet 1 inch parallel with the East line of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville Railroad; thence East to the West line of Bill Street; thence North on said West line of Bill Street 83 feet and 1 inch to the place of beginning; situated in the Town of Francesville, Pulaski County, Indiana, containing 0.20 acre, more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
