NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION

Notice is hereby given that Kristina K. Girton was on the 14 day of May, 2018 appointed Executrix of the Estate of Stephen C. Girton, deceased, who died on the 12th day of February, 2018, and is serving as Executrix of the decedent’s estate, and was authorized to proceed under unsupervised administration.

All persons having claims against said estate, if now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
