094-19 - Public hearing to discuss the special exception

NOTICE

On May 28th at 6:PM at the Winamac Municipal Complex located at 623 W 11th St. Winamac, IN there will be a public hearing to discuss the special exception requested by Brandon DeLorenzo from Pulaski County EMS for an exception to the 2 acre rule for building additions in a heavy industrial zone. The property that this variance is being requested for is located at 606 W Summit St in Winamac. The legal description of the property is as follows:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 01 degree 03 minutes 20 seconds West along the West line of said quarter a distance of 1540.72 feet to a 5/8” Iron Rod at the intersection with the Westerly extension of the centerline of Summit Street; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 31 seconds East along said centerline 279.31 feet to a railroad spike at the point of beginning of this description; thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds East 243.82 feet to a 5 /8” inch iron rod; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 42 seconds East 201.10 feet to a 5/8” Iron rod on the West line of the Kenerko, Inc. parcel (as recorded in Instrument No. 20012002 in the office of the Pulaski County Recorder); thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 11 seconds West along the West line of said Kenerko, Inc., parcel and Southerly extension thereof 244.83 feet to a railroad spike on the centerline of said Summit Street; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 31 seconds West 201.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.13 acres, subject to all easements, rights-of-way and restriction of record.

The above-described legal description is pursuant to a survey recorded in Pulaski County Recorders office on October 5, 2001 at Book 10, page 69, said survey having been prepared by Plymouth Land Surveying and Design, Inc. on July 2, 2001, by Craig D. Cultice, reg. #29900023.
