PUBLIC NOTICE

IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION TO VACATE THE REMAINING
PORTION OF WATER STREET IN WINAMAC, INDIANA.

TO: THE OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE NEAR THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AND CITIZENS AND INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF WINAMAC, INDIANA.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Petitioner in the above-referenced matter has filed a Petition with the Common Council of the Town of Winamac, Indiana, to vacate the remainder of Water Street in the Town of Winamac, Indiana described as follows:

Legal Description: The remaining portion of Water Street 66 Feet in width lying East of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the Original Plat of Winamac and East of the vacated alley between Lots 4 and 5 OP Winamac.

That portion of the street which is intended to be vacated is abutted by property owned by Deborah Worrell, Michael S. and Peggy J. Vasa and Frain LLC.

The Petition will be heard by the Town Council of Winamac in its regular meeting at the Winamac Municipal Complex, 623 W. 11th Street, Winamac, Indiana, on the 11th day of June 2018 at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the Town Council may hear the same.

This would vacate any remains of Water Street platted in the Original Plat of Winamac.
