NOTICE

Hanson Material Service, 14458 West 700 South, Francesville, IN 47946, is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit ING490000 to discharge process wastewater from a sand, gravel, crushed stone or dimension stone operation. Discharge will be to Helman and Pelsey Ditch.

Any person wishing further information about this discharge may contact Randall Boisvert, 708.731.2599. The decision to issue coverage under this NPDES general permit for this discharge is appealable as per IC 4-21.5 and IC 13-15-6. Any person who would like to be informed of IDEM’s decision regarding coverage to this facility under this NPDES permit, and who would like to be informed of procedures to appeal the decision, may contact IDEM’s offices at OWQWWPER@idem.IN.gov to be placed on a mailing list to receive notification of IDEM’s decision.
