NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO LEASE

Pursuant to actions taken by the Board of School Trustees of the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation an Amendment to Lease Agreement between the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation and the North Judson-San Pierre Multi-School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on May 19, 2020. The Amendment to Lease Agreement finances security improvements, renovations and equipment at the Elementary School building and additional technology improvements (the “Project”). A copy of the Amendment to Lease Agreement is on file in the Administration Building of the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation, North Judson, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
