Craig-Wilson, State of IN EX REL in Civil Rights/Attorney General, Federal National Mortgage Association, Indiana Department of Revenue, Internal Revenue Service or any interested party of record or heirs of assigns, you are hereby notified that a tax sale certificate has been sold to William Smith, hereafter described as purchaser, for the following described real property due to delinquent taxes and/or special assessments. The property is located in Pulaski County Indiana, and was sold in the main gallery of the Commissioners’ Room, 112 East Main St., Winamac, IN 46996 on January 26, 2017 by Lynette Wilder, Pulaski County Treasurer. Brief Legal Description 010-01191-00 PT E.2 SE SEC 10/30/2 1A Key Number (Parcel Number) 66-07-10-400-010.000-010 Common Description 1149 W. 50 N. Cause Number 66C01-1608-MI-00027. The property has not been redeemed. Michael Wilson, Jaymie Wilson, Alliance EMS, Transport Loving Care Inc. Jacqueline Podell, Jaymie D. Craig-Wilson, State of IN EX REL in Civil Rights/Attorney General, Federal National Mortgage Association, Indiana Department of Revenue, Internal Revenue Service or any person may redeem the property. The period of redemption expires on May 26, 2017. If the property is not redeemed, the purchaser has the legal right to petition for a tax deed. The purchaser intends to petition for the issuance of a tax deed on or after May 30, 2017. If the property isn’t redeemed, the owner at the time the tax deed is issued may be entitled to the tax surplus, if any.
