NOTICE

In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Derrick and Abbie Stalbaum, 2597 N 1050 W, Medaryville, IN 47957 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located east of CR 1050 W and S of CR 300 N, Medaryville, IN 47957. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Big Monon Ditch.
