By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

ALSO, That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at a railroad spike at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the above said Section 10; thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 51 seconds West (Indiana State Plane Coordinate System) along the quarter section line 614.72 feet to a surveyor nail and the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds East 851.72 feet to a half inch iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 57 seconds West 650.26 feet to a corner post; thence North 19 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East 400.64 feet to a half inch iron pipe; thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds West 478.74 feet to a surveyor nail on the quarter section line; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 51 seconds East 232.61 feet: thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 09 seconds West 208.71 feet; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 51 seconds East 208.71 feet; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 09 seconds East 208.71 feet: thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 51 seconds East 71.28 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.  In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
