NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-1911-MF-000025, wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Donald Emerson Davis and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Donald Emerson Davis and First Federal Savings Bank, were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of May, 2020, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Four (4) West, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point 56 1/6 rods South of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter of said Section Four (4) Township and Range aforesaid; thence South on the half-section line 202 ½ feet North of the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter; thence due West to the right-of-way of the Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville (now Monon) railroad; thence North along said railroad right-of-way to a point directly West of the place of beginning; thence East to the place of beginning, containing .40 of an acre, more or less. ALSO, Commencing one hundred twenty (120) feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four (4) Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Four (4) West, thence West fourteen and one-half rods; thence North eighty-two and one half (82 ½) feet; thence East fourteen and one-half rods; thence South eighty-two and one half feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
