GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
INVITATION FOR BIDS (Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-22-7-2)
Sealed bids for group health insurance will be received by the County of Pulaski, Indiana until 12:00pm (Noon) EDST May 25, 2021 at the Auditor’s office in the Courthouse, located at 112 E. Main St., Winamac, Indiana and opened by the Commissioners, or other official as requested by the governing body, and read publicly at at 6:00pm, EDST Board of Commissioners special meeting session May 25, 2021.
Bids received after the stated time, postmarks notwithstanding, shall be rejected. The insurance to be provided will include coverage as shown in Request for Proposal that can be obtained from the Pulaski County Auditor (PulaskiAuditor@pulaskicounty.in.gov) no earlier than April 12, 2021.
Bids are to be submitted in accordance with specifications stipulated in the bid documents and on the forms contained in the package. They are to be sealed in an opaque envelope and clearly marked “Sealed Bids for Group Health Insurance.” The County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids received.
