By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-2009-MF-000007, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and William A. Zehner et. al., were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of MAY, 2021, at the hour of 10 A.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:
Lots Numbered Seventeen (17) and Eighteen in Zehner’s Addition to Monterey, as shown on the recorded plat of Zehner’s Addition to the Town of Monterey, Pulaski County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
