This Summons is to the Defendants, and each of them, named above, and to any other person, organization or entity who may be concerned.

You are notified that you, the Defendants named above, have been sued in the PULASKI Superior Court in PULASKI County, Indiana in an action entitled Complaint to Quiet Title, Cause No. 66D01-2202-PL-000003 by the person named above as Plaintiff. This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to each and all of the Defendants named above, whose current addresses, location and/or whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff and/or his Attorney.

The named Plaintiff is represented by Craig & Craig, LLC, 400 E. 86th Avenue, Merrillville, IN 46410.

The nature of this lawsuit, litigation and/or Complaint against you is:

COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE to the following described parcel: That Plaintiff owns in fee simple and is in possession of the real property situated in PULASKI County, Indiana, and more particularly described as:

An Answer or other response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you and/or your Attorney on or before thirty (30) days after the third (3rd) notice of this suit is published. If you or any of the Defendants fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written Answer or response.
