By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Lot Numbered 184 as shown upon the Original Plat of Star City, Pulaski County, Indiana, Except 45 feet uniform in width off of the North side thereof, ALSO, Part of Lot Numbered 184 as shown on the Original Plat of the town of Star City, Indiana, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point of the East line of said Lot 184, 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence South along said East line a distance of 5 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Lot to the West line thereof; thence North along the said West line a distance of 5 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of said Lot to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
