Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Pulaski Superior Court against the above-named Defendants. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Beneficiaries, Legatees, Devisees, and Donees of Carol A. Grandstaff upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT NUMBERED 22, AND 22 FEET UNIFORM IN WIDTH OFF OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT NUMBER 21 IN MCCOMB’S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF WINAMAC, PULASKI COUNTY, INDIANA.
