That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at a PK nail at the Northwest Corner of said Section 21; thence South 00 Degrees 03 Minutes 09 Seconds West (Indiana State Plane Coordinate System) along US421 and the section line 2621.08 Feet; thence South 89 Degrees 42 Minutes 40 Seconds East along CR450N and the Quarter Section line 921.76 Feet to a railroad spike found and the point of beginning thence North 01 Degrees 46 Minutes 40 Seconds West 420.00 Feet to a capped w/I.D. 1/2 inch iron pipe (I.P.) found; thence South 89 Degrees 42 Minutes 40 Seconds East 319.17 Feet to an I.P. found; thence 47 Degrees 39 Minutes 16 Seconds East 179.02 Feet to an I.P. set; thence North 89 Degrees 42 Minutes 40 Seconds West 427.70 Feet to an I.P. set; thence South 01 Degrees 48 Minutes 40 Seconds East 300.00 Feet to a railroad spike set on the section line; thence North 89 Degrees 42 Minutes 40 Seconds West 20.00 Feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.193 Acres, more or less.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
