NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF A PETITION FOR USE VARIANCE 

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of March, 2022 6:00 P.M. E.T., a public hearing will be held before the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) in the Pulaski County Highway Garage, Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the petition of Bennett, James.

Docket # 03282022-01 is filed for a Petition for a use variance for the property comprising parcel(s) 66-01-17-200-019.000-015 located at 2383 E 600 N Monterey, IN 46960.

The nature of the petition is as follows: Relocate a manufactured home over UDO allowable age from a Pulaski County parcel to above noted parcel & remove dilapidated improvements on said parcel.

The application and all submitted documentation are available for review by scheduling an appointment Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building/Zoning Department, County Building, 125 South Riverside Drive, Suite 150, Winamac.

The BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator or Administrative Secretary at or before such hearing and will be heard by the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
