RONALD D. BEDWELL JR. A/K/A RONALD DEAN BEDWELL JR. A/K/A RONALD D. BEDWELL, CRYSTAL L. BEDWELL A/K/A CRYSTAL LYNN BEDWELL A/K/A CRYSTAL LYNN PRUITT, IRWIN MORTGAGE CORPORATION AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT,

   Defendants.

NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage and for Reformation of Legal Description on the following described real estate:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 31 North, Range 2 West, Franklin Township, Pulaski County, Indiana; Thence South 00 degrees 9 minutes 13 seconds East on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 654.32 feet to a railroad spike; Thence due West, parallel with the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20, a distance of 755.47 feet to a 5/8” rebar; Thence North 00 degrees 9 minutes 13 seconds West, parallel with said East line 654.32 feet to a railroad spike on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20; Thence due East (assumed bearing) on said North line, 755.47 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 11.35 acres more or less.

And Commonly known as: 4895 N 300 W, Winamac, IN 46996.This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Ronald D. Bedwell Jr. a/k/a Ronald Dean Bedwell Jr. a/k/a Ronald D. Bedwell, Crystal L. Bedwell a/k/a Crystal Lynn Bedwell a/k/a Crystal Lynn Pruitt and United States of America through its Department of Housing & Urban Development.

This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: Irwin Mortgage Corporation.

In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 5th day of April, 2019 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
