You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:

Lots Numbered Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Number Four (4) of the Original Plat of the Town of Parrisville, Pulaski County, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 3703 East Main Street, Star City, IN 46985-9094

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown.

Marlene Ward, Heir and Devisee of Glen A. Ward

Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Glen A. Ward

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
