By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 4 West in Salem Township, Pulaski County, Indiana, described by: Commencing at a railroad spike at the Northeast corner of said Section 24; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 17 seconds East (Indiana State Plane Coordinate System) along the section line 1939.63 feet to a railroad spike; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds West along the centerline of a lane 1845.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 06 seconds East 134.12 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence West 464.69 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence North 284.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence East 422.63 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence South 150.03 feet to a railroad spike; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds East 41.71 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: A 20 foot access easement having the following described centerline: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 24; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 17 seconds East along the section line 1939.63 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds West 1887.21 feet and there terminates.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
