AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-1906-MF-000015 herein Horizon Bank was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs et al. of Janet L. Hartwick, Deceased and Susan K. Hartwick, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of March, 2020, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. EST time or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Pulaski County Sheriff department lobby, 110 E. Meridian St., Winamac, IN 46996,  the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana. 

Commencing at a point on the Section line dividing Sections Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Township Thirty (30) North, Range Two (2) West, Sixty (60) feet North of the North line of Thirteenth (13th) Street in the Town of Winamac, Indiana, thence West to the East line of Terry Avenue, situated in the Town of Winamac, Indiana, thence South on said East side of Terry Avenue to a point One Hundred Eighty (180) feet South of the South line of Thirteenth (13th) Street, thence East to the aforesaid Section line, thence North to the place of beginning, subject to public streets and highways, and being a part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Two (2) West.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. 

“Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause 66D01-1906-MF-00005 in the Superior Court of the County of Pulaski, Indiana.”
