NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-1909-MF-000019, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Fred W. Davidson and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Fred W. Davidson, were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of March, 2020, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:
A part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14 North, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point which is 722 feet North and 1330 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township and Range aforesaid, thence West 132 feet; thence North 132 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence South 132 feet to the point of beginning.
