Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of January, 2018, ISAAC E. NIGHTINGALE was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of JOHN W. NIGHTINGALE, Sr., deceased, who died on the 19th day of September, 2017.

All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within one (1) year after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claim will be forever barred.
