NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. E.S.T., a regularly scheduled session will be held by the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission (APC) to include; A public hearing which will be held before the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission (APC) in the Pulaski County Courthouse, 112 E. Main St., Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the petition of: Impose a Data Center Moratorium on the issuance of permits to any person, firm, or entity seeking to place or install a Data Storage Facility on any property within the jurisdiction of the Commission in Pulaski County, Indiana.
The proposed ordinance and all submitted documentation are available for review Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building/Zoning Department, County Courthouse, 112 E. Main St. Room 212, Winamac, by appointment.
The Advisory Plan Commission has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator or Administrative Secretary a minimum of 48 hours prior to the hearing and will be heard by the Advisory Plan Commission at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place or via digital means. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
