By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

Subject to an easement of 12 feet across said plot, as shown on plat. ALSO, a strip of ground from North of the Warren River Bridge 25 feet in width and 1294 feet in length running parallel with said river, shown as a roadway Or an easement, as shown on plat. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at a point 371 feet South; thence South 76 degrees \Vest 308 feet; thence South at a 90 degree angle 186 feet to the South line of a 12 foot easement of the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7; being the point of beginning; thence Northeasterly along the South line of said easement at an angle of 79 degrees 05 minutes 66.22 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 98.5 feet and to the waters edge of Tippecanoe River; thence Southwesterly along the meanderings of said river to a point 96 feet South of the place of beginning; thence North 96 feet and to the place of beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Warren Bridge Resort, as found in Plat Record 1, page 34, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Indiana, as evidenced by an iron pipe (set); thence Southeasterly, on the Westerly line of said subdivision 53.7 feet to an iron pipe (set) on the Northerly bank of the Tippecanoe River; thence Southwesterly, along the meandering Northerly bank of said river 90 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe (set) on the aforesaid bank; thence Northwesterly parallel to the West line of said subdivision 37 feet, to a crossing bolt, (set), on the South right-of-way of a recorded 12 foot easement; thence Northeasterly along said easement right-of-way, and an extension thereof, 95 feet to a crossing bolt (set); thence Southerly 16.8 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said section; thence South 371 feet (record); thence South 76 degrees West 308 feet (record) on the Northerly boundary of a tract of land owned by Oscar L. and Jacqueline Pugh, as found in Deed Record 129, page 550, in the Office of the Recorder for Pulaski County, to the Northwest corner of said Pugh tract; thence Southerly at a 90 degree angle (record); to the afore described line, 174.5 feet, more or less, to the Southerly right-of-way of a 12 foot easement and the Northwest corner of a tract of land owned by Corn Hazel Malone, as found in Deed Record 138, page 367, in the Office of the Recorder for Pulaski County; thence Northeasterly at a 79 degree 05 minute angle, (record), to the afore described line, 66.22 feet, along the Northern boundary of said Malone tract to an iron pipe (found) at the Northeast corner of said tract, also being the Southerly right-of-way of said 12 foot easement and the point of beginning; thence continuing Northeasterly, along an extension of said Malone North boundary and the Southerly right-of-way of said 12 foot easement, 78 feet to a crossing bolt (set); thence Southerly at an 81 degree angle to the left, of the afore described line 77 feet to an iron pipe (set) on the Northerly bank of the Tippecanoe River, thence Southwesterly along the meandering Northerly bank of said river 83 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe (found) on the Northerly bank of said river, and on the Easterly line of said Malone tract; thence Northerly on the Easterly line of the Malone tract, 85.5 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
