Legal Notice of Adoption of Preliminary Tax Abatement Resolution 

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Pulaski County, Indiana, that the Pulaski County Council on 10 December 2018 adopted a Preliminary Resolution, 08-2018, designating as an Economic Recovery Area (ERA), for a period of twenty years, an area of land in White Post Civil Township described as follows:

Parcels 66-05-28-200-017.001-018 and 66-05-28-200-001.000-018; commonly known as the southeast corner of U.S.-421 and County Road 200 South, Francesville, Indiana; comprising approximately 60.14 acres; and owned by Agri Network, LLC

Aforesaid ERA has been established for the purpose of achieving property-tax abatement in connection with redevelopment or rehabilitation activities and with the installation of new manufacturing, research and development, logistical distribution, or information-technology equipment on the property. 

A description of the affected area and a copy of the Preliminary Resolution are available at the County Auditor’s office and can be inspected there during regular business hours.

On Monday, 14 January 2018, at or about 7:00 p.m. EDT, in the meeting room of the Pulaski County Courthouse, 112 East Main Street, Winamac, Indiana, the Pulaski County Council will conduct a public hearing to receive and to hear all remonstrances and objections, if any, to this project, and to take final action on the Preliminary Resolution and either to award or to deny property-tax abatements as requested by a prospective developer and described in a Statement of Benefits.
