NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

Alberding Family Farms LLC (“LLC”), voluntarily dissolved on December 31, 2022, and does hereby publish notice of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims against the LLC present them in accordance herewith:  A claimant must submit its claim in writing to Cecelia Neihouser Harper, P. O. Box 469, Lafayette, Indiana 47902-0469, and specify the following:  claimant’s name, address, amount of claim, and description of claimed services and dates thereof.

A claim against the LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
