By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Pulaski County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21. Township 31 North, Range 4 West of the 2nd Principal Meridian, Cass Township, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at a railroad bolt found at the Northeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds East (bearing from a survey dated June 21, 2006 by Van H. Janovic (S-0411) along CR 450N and the East/West Quarter Section line 2964.75 feet to a railroad spike (RR) found at the Point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds East along said line 165.00 feet to a survey nail with Milligan 1.D. (SN) set; thence South 0 degrees 32 minutes 09 seconds West 660.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe with Milligan I.D. (IP) set (passing through an IP set at 20.00 feet); thence North 90 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds West 165.00 feet to a capped rebar found; thence North 0 degrees 32 minutes 09 seconds East 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning (passing through a capped rebar found at 640.00 feet); said described tract containing 2.50 acres more or less. ALSO, That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, 2nd Principal Meridian, Cass Township, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at a railroad bolt found at the Northeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 51seconds East (bearing from a survey dated June 21, 2006 by Van H. Janovic (S-0411) along CR450N and the East/West Quarter Section line 3129.75 feet to a survey nail with Milligan I.D. (SN) set at the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds East along said line 165.00 feet to a SN set; thence South 0 degrees 32 minutes 09 seconds West 660.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe with Milligan I.D. (IP) set (passing through an IP set at 20.00 feet); thence North 89 degrees 27 minutes 51seconds West 165.00 feet to an IP set; thence North 0 degrees 32 minutes 09 seconds East 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning (passing through an IP set at 640.00 feet); said described tract containing 2.50 acres more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
