William Lyle “Doc” Blackburn
March 14, 1931 — March 18, 2017
William Lyle “Doc” Blackburn, 86, formerly of Winamac, passed away after a brief illness on March 18, in Elkhart.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service on Saturday, March 25, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Services will be at 1 p.m. with Jon Thornburg officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery with military rites conducted by the local American Legion/VFW and U.S. Air Force.
