Sharolyn K. “Sherry” Beach

Dec. 1, 1939 — June 2, 2021

Sharolyn K. “Sherry” Beach, 81, of Winamac, passed away at 3:55 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2 at Pulaski Health Care Center in Winamac. 

She was born on Dec. 1, 1939, in Tipton to the late Guy and Louise (Wilburn) Crouch. Sherry graduated from Tipton High School. On Nov. 30, 1957, she married the love of her life, Larry L. Beach. Sherry and Larry owned and operated Beach Real Estate in Winamac for many years. She had a heart for serving and helping the community. 

Sherry was a member of the Winamac First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and living on the Tippecanoe River. She had many fond memories of Bridge Club with her dear friends. Most of all, Sherry was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.  

She is survived by her husband Larry L. Beach of Winamac; sons: Jeff [Renae] Beach of Winamac, Brad [Mary] Beach of Tipton and Michael Beach of West Lafayette; grandsons: Brett Beach, Matt Beach, Zach [Mary Anne] Beach, Dan Beach and Sam Beach; granddaughters: Kial Beach, Becca Beach, Claire [Jacob] Beach-Paver and Natalie Beach; great-granddaughter Chi Beach; brothers: Tom [Betty] Crouch and Dan [Jane] Crouch; sister Ann Swift; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Louise (Wilburn) Crouch.

Visitation was from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5 at Winamac First United Methodist Church. Funeral services took place at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5 at Winamac First United Methodist Church with Pastor Michelle White officiating. Burial took place at Reed Cemetery in Winamac.
