Loeva Ennis, 75, of Winamac, passed away on Monday, May 9. 

She was born on Oct. 30, 1940, in Jasonville, the daughter of James Bell and Millie (Soliday) Bell. 

Loeva married Paul Joseph Ennis in Ireland in 2006. 

Mrs. Ennis was a K-12 art teacher for more than 25 years. She was also an adjunct professor of art at a junior college. 

She enjoyed painting, sculpting, and traveling. Surviving Mrs. Ennis is her husband Joe Ennis of Winamac; mother Millie Bell of Watseka, Illinois; sons: Robert Owens of Wichita, Kansas, and John [Anita] Owens of Watseka, Illinois; and five grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her father James Bell. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 4-8 p.m., at Baier Funeral Home, Watseka, Illinois. Private interment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka, Illinois. 

Memorials in Mrs. Ennis's name can be made to the Art Institute of Chicago.
