Kathryn S. “Kathy” Bradley

Nov. 4, 1958 — July 13, 2019

Kathryn S. “Kathy” Bradley, 60, of Kewanna, passed away tragically from a house explosion at her residence on Saturday morning, July 13.

She was born on Nov. 4, 1958, in Anderson.

Kathy was a Mentone High School graduate.

On April 10, 1997, she married Kenneth D. “Kenny” Bradley. He survives.

Kathy was a former bartender at Diamond Lill’s Tavern in Winamac and Cooters Bar in Star City. Kathy loved spending time with her family and all her pets.

Survivors include her husband Kenny Bradley of Kewanna; mother Carol [Jim] Ecker of Florida; children: Michael Craft of Macy, Christina [Kevin] McVay of Rochester, Loni Mayse of Wisconsin, Eric Bradley of Kewanna, Amanda Bradley of Monticello, and Melissa Leed of Plymouth; brothers: Jeff [Carla] Ecker of Florida and Terry [Connie] Pine of Winamac; sisters: Rebecca Bosnak of Tennessee, Barb [Ron] Squires of Florida, Julie [Dan] Hamilton of Lapaz and Marianne [Andy] LaRou of Michigan; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister Debbie; and brothers: Billy and Doug.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be at 4 p.m., Sunday, July 28, at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Homes and Crematory in Kewanna with visitation from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. Pastor Wanda Carter will officiate.

Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center and/or the Kewanna Volunteer Fire Department.
