John Charles Davis

John Charles Davis, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Sept. 15 in Nashville, Tennessee. 

John was born in Pulaski County on April 5, 1952, to Robert and Genevieve Davis. 

John was proud to work for Coopers & Lybrand, later PricewaterhouseCoopers, until his retirement in 2010. 

He is survived by his wife Karen; five children: Susan Davis, Anne [Michael] Dare, Kathryn [Andrew] Zee, Jennifer [Joseph] Williams, and Michael [Cara] Davis; and three grandchildren: James Davis Dare, Fern Zee, and John Dare. 

No funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of the following charities: Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center (give@vanderbilthealth.org), Friends of Great Smoky Mountains National Park (friendsofthesmokies.org/donate/), or Lions Club of Dublin, Ohio (attn:Treasurer, 7628 Smoketree Ct., Columbus, OH 43235).
