Gregory A. “Greg” Feece
Gregory A. “Greg” Feece, 69, of Winamac, passed away on July 24, at the home of his son in Huntington.
Greg was born on May 31, 1951, in Rochester, to the late Cleon and Phyllis (Stout) Feece. He graduated from Monterey High School in 1968. Greg retired from the state highway after working 30 years.
Greg participated in competitive fishing and shooting events. He enjoyed hunting, archery, boating and riding motorcycles as well as going to sales and auctions. Greg especially enjoyed farming and working his tree service business. He was a jack of all trades who could fix just about anything.
Greg will be sadly missed by his kids, grandkids, brother, sister and neighbors.
Greg is survived by his sons: William W. [Danielle] Feece of Huntington, and James A. [Tracey] Feece of Dexter, Missouri; grandsons: Jaden Feece, Jeremiah Feece, Jacob Feece, Matthew Hudgins and Drew Feece; granddaughters: Brittany Hudgins and Joyce Feece; sister Sheryl [Paul] DeGroot of Winamac; brother Mark [Sandra] Feece of Winamac; nieces Kim [Kevin] Podell and Kelly [Mike] Bierrum; and several great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cleon and Phyllis (Stout) Feece; granddaughter Sarah Feece; niece Jamie Lynn Anderson; and stepfather Michael Garigan.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with family members officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to Pulaski Memorial Hospital or Friends of Tippecanoe River State Park.
