Fredrick John Wilson

April 28, 1950 — May 13, 2015

Fredrick John Wilson, 65, of Warsaw, formerly of Winamac, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, at 10 p.m. in his home with family surrounding him.

Born on April 28, 1950, in Logansport, he was the son of Lester Lewis and Lucille Love (Werner) Wilson.

He was a graduate of Winamac High School in 1968.

On May 17, 1975, he married Shelia Antrim in Winamac.

Fredrick was raised in Winamac, Indiana, until the late 1970s and then moved to Warsaw where he raised their 10 children with his loving wife, Sheila.

He was a salesperson for Buhrt Engineering in Warsaw for 15 years.

Fredrick was a member of Touch of Life Church, Warsaw Rifle & Pistol Club, and very involved with Lake City Skiers. He loved family time, reading the Bible, spreading God’s Word and cooking for his family

Survivors include his wife Shelia Wilson of Warsaw; mother Lucille Wilson of Winamac; children: Phillip Wilson of Warsaw, Stephen [Jennifer] Wilson of Weston, Florida, Christopher [Kerri] Wilson of Warsaw, Jakim Wilson of Phoenix, Arizona, Michael [Lauren] Wilson of Warsaw, Angela Wilson of Winona Lake, Erica Wilson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nathan [Sacha] Wilson of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Ashley Wilson of Terre Haute, and Nicholas Wilson of Knoxville, Tennessee; brothers: Jeffrey [Nancy] Wilson of Sarasota, Florida, and Gary [Cate] Wilson of Fishers; sister Judy [David] Ross of Deland, Florida; and grandchildren: Katlyn, Makayla, Riley, John-Paul, Trevarus, Tristan, Jersey, Preston and Liam.

He was preceded in death by his father Lester Wilson.

Visitation was Sunday, May 17, 3-6 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Services were Monday, May 18, at 10 a.m. at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Pastor Rick Copper, Touch of Life Church, officiated. Burial took place at Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.
