Edna L. Grieger

Edna L. Grieger, 92, of North Judson, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 27, at Parkview Haven.

Edna was born on Dec. 30, 1923, in Denham, to the late Albert and Olga (Podell) Rhode.

Edna married the late Robert Grieger on Nov. 14, 1942, in North Judson.

Edna was a housewife and a member of St. John’s Church of Christ. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son Kenneth [JoAnne] Grieger of Torrance, California; daughter Carol Pettit of Ashley; two grandchildren; and half-sister Joan Sierzputowski.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 2. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 3 at 2 p.m. at St. John’s United Church of Christ. Rev. Judy Doll will officiate. Burial will take place at St. John’s United Church of Christ Cemetery.
