Dwight N. Kline

Dwight N. Kline, 90, of Monterey, passed away peacefully at 1:25 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 16, at Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester.

Born on April 16, 1926, in Monterey, he was the son of the late Adam and Bessie (Harris) Kline. On Sept. 17, 1950, in Culver, he married Mary Elizabeth Ault. She survives.

He was a 1944 Monterey High School graduate.

Dwight was a lifelong farmer and dairy farmer. He attended Kewanna United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife Mary Elizabeth Kline of Monterey; son Paul N. [Anita] Kline; daughters: Beverly S. [Verl] Kreamer and Sally [Darrell] Kline Tate, both of Kewanna, and Bonnie Kline Abbott of Lake Bruce; grandchildren: Daniel Kreamer, Dana [Jake] Field, Nathan [Jillian] Kreamer, David [Rachael] McKinney, Kristen McKinney and Lindsey [Justin] Jones; great-grandchildren: Noah and Addison Kreamer, Isaac and Austin Field, and Peyton and Ryleigh Jones; niece Nancy Roberts of Jacksonville, Florida; and sister-in-law Mona Pearl Ault of Rochester.

He was also preceded in death by his brother Clifton P. Kline; and sister Nellie (Kline) Fernbaugh.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 19, Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 20, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bruce Lake Cemetery.
