Charles Albert Jensen

Feb. 4, 1948 — April 13, 2015

Charles Albert Jensen, 67, of Winamac, passed away at 12:33 p.m. Monday, April 13, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born Feb. 4, 1948, in Logansport, to Albert and Emily (Hook) Jensen.

Charles was married to Patricia L. Mudryk on Dec. 8, 1979, in Pulaski. Patricia survives.

Charles was a former member of the Isaac Walton League and had served on the Franklin Township Advisory Board. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Winamac.

He was retired from Plymouth Tube, Winamac, where he had been employed for 28 years.

Charles enjoyed gardening, fishing, woodworking, hunting and just being outdoors.

Survivors include his wife Patricia L. Jensen of Winamac; daughter Jessica Marie [James] Thoune of Winamac; granddaughters: Arianna Marie Jensen of Winamac, and Mia Celestial Thoune of Winamac; and sister Lori [Sam] Brazil of Okeechobee, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Emily (Hook) Jensen; and brother Lewis Jensen.

Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 17, at Frain Mortuary. Ralph Williams officiated. Burial took place in Mt. Zion-Franklin Township Cemetery, Winamac.
