Bonita Jensen

Bonita Jensen, 72, of Winamac, passed away at 3:32 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 24, at her residence.

Born on April 7, 1949, in Winamac, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Leora (Hartwick) Olson.

Bonita formerly worked at Farm Bureau Co-Op for 18 years, where she worked as Manager. She also formerly worked at Walgreens in Indianapolis for 11 years.

She enjoyed doing crafts, sewing and spending time with family. She was also a member of Westside Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include her daughter Wanda [Dion] Frame of Brownsburg; son Kenneth “Kenny” [Chalisa] Jensen of Plymouth; sister Beverly [Devon] Field of Winamac; and five grandchildren: Daria Frame, Julia Frame, Lucas Frame, Mason Stachowski and Brock Jensen.

She is preceded in death by her brother Larry Olson.

Visitation was held from 3 – 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 31, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.

Private graveside services will be held at McKinley Memorial Gardens in Winamac.
