A howling good time

Sunday afternoon at the Winamac town depot, Halloween went to the dogs at the Howl-O-Ween dog walk sponsored by Pulaski Animal Center. Dogs and their human companions took a stroll on the Panhandle Pathway, enjoying a perfect fall afternoon.
